Huazhuang Technology is engaged in electronics manufacturing services for intelligent controllers, mainly in OEM mode. We provide customers with manufacturing services such as process development, SMT placement, DIP plug-in process, product testing, and assembly of some finished products. Huazhuang focuses on four areas, including automotive electronics, new energy and energy storage, consumer electronics, and smart appliances. Our intelligent controller products cover multiple application scenarios such as automotive power control, brake control, vehicle electronic function modules, battery management system (BMS), TWS headsets, smart speakers, sweeping robots, smart printers, and network communication.

With leading process technology strength, Huazhuang has formed many core technologies around the manufacturing of intelligent controllers in terms of process development, precision manufacturing and product testing. These enable us not only to perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and optimization for PCB design and component selection, but also to conduct process innovation, hardware innovation, test solution development, and hardware/software innovation of testing for intelligent manufacturing based on customer’s product solutions. At the same time, we continue to innovate production management systems of intelligent controllers in order to improve the level of production management.

Huazhuang has obtained many certificates and honors, like the National High-tech Enterprises, Guangdong High-growth Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology for Precision Electronics. With a complete production management system and quality management system, we have achieved the following international standards, such as the IATF16949 quality management system certification of the auto industry, ISO13485 international quality management system certification of medical devices, ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO/IEC27001 information security management system certification, ISO14001 environment management system certification and IECQ QC 080000 hazardous substance process management system certification.
