Company Overview
Hua Zhuang Electronics (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was established in January 2020 with an investment capital of USD 5 million, located at Part of Lot J, Dong Van II Industrial Park, Dong Van Ward, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam.
As a member of the Hua Zhuang Group, the company operates in contract electronics manufacturing (EMS), providing services from PCB production, SMT/DIP component assembly and inspection through to fully assembled finished products for global electronics brands.
The factory covers a land area of 21,260 m², a total construction area of 36,480 m², and currently employs more than 1,300 people (as of 06/2026).
Production Capacity
Modern production lines with high automation
The SMT system includes NPM pick-and-place machines (14 units) and Samsung machines (7 units), along with solder paste printers, reflow ovens, AOI/SPI/X-Ray inspection, DIP wave soldering and manual-to-semi-automated assembly lines. The company operates ERP/MES systems for real-time production management, ensuring traceability and consistent quality.
